Chap. CLVI.— An Act *for the relief of John Johnston.* August 11, 1842. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he isTo be paid the amount of a certain judgment against Trim, with interest. hereby, authorized to pay to John Johnston, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of seven hundred and fifty-six dollars and eighty-two cents; being the amount received from the said Johnston upon a judgment against him in favor of the United States, together with the interest thereof from the time of such payment.
