Chap. CLV.— An Act for the relief of Thomas Blackwell. May 29, 1830. *Be it enacted, &c., * Five years’ pay as captain allowed. That the proper accounting officers of the treasury be, and they hereby are, authorized and required to settle and adjust the account of Thomas Blackwell, a captain of the army of the revolution, and allow to him five years’ full pay; which five years’ full pay is the commutation of his half pay for life; to be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, May 29, 1830.
