Chap. CLIX.— An Act *granting a pension to William Ford, of the State of Virginia.*March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby,To be placed on pension roll. directed to cause the name of William Ford, of the state of Virginia, to be placed upon the roll of revolutionary pensioners; and that there be paid to him twenty dollars per annum during his natural life; commencing at the time when his former pension was withheld.
