Chap. CLIX.— An Act for the relief of Cyrus Sibley, agent of George M. Brooke. May 26, 1828. *Be it enacted, &c., * That there be paid to Cyrus Sibley, out of anyTo be paid the half of a judgment obtained at the suit of the U. S. against Walden and others. money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one thousand five hundred and twenty-six dollars and eighty cents, being one half of a judgment obtained at the suit of the United States, against Walden, Simonton, and Garrow, and paid by the marshal for the Eastern District of the state of Louisiana, into the office of discount and deposit of the Bank of the United States at New Orleans, to the credit of the Treasurer of the United States.
