Chap. CLIII.— An Act *for the relief of the legal representatives of Daniel Warner.*March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the legal representatives of Daniel Warner,Authorized to enter land, free of cost. deceased, late a private in Captain Peters’s company of the twenty-seventh regiment of infantry of the army of the United States, be, and they are hereby, authorized to enter free of cost, one quarter section of one hundred and sixty acres, of any of the public lands subject to sale at private entry, and that a patent issue to them for the same; which quarter section shall be taken for and in full consideration of the land bounty to which, by the act of one thousand eight hundred and twelve, the said Daniel Warner would be entitled to if living.
