Chap. CLII.— An Act for the relief of Robert Huston. May 26, 1828. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to RobertPayment to him for provisions furnished in 1812. Huston, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred and sixty-three dollars and ninety-two cents, for provisions and forage furnished the detatchment of militia under the command of Major-General Samuel Hopkins, in the fall of the year one thousand eight hundred and twelve. Approved, May 26, 1828.
