Chap. CIX.— An Act *for the relief of the legal representatives of Major Tarlton Woodson.*March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the proper accounting officers of the treasuryAccount to be settled and paid. Ire, and they are hereby, authorized and required to settle and adjust the account of the legal representatives of Major Tarlton Woodson, and to pay the balance of the account of said Woodson which was found due on the tenth of February, one thousand seven hundred and ninety-one, and that the same be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, March 3, 1839.
