Chap. CIV.— An Act *for the relief of John B, Williams.*March 3, 1843. *Be it enacted, &c*., That there be, and is hereby, granted to John R. Williams, of the state of Michigan, the following described tract ofLand granted to him tn satisfaction of a certain claim. land, to wit: the east half of section thirty-three, and the west half of section thirty-four, township two north, range thirteen east, in the district of land subject to sale at Detroit, Michigan, containing six hundred and forty acres; this grant being in satisfaction (so for as said Williams is concerned) of the claim confirmed to John R.
Williams and James May by the commissioners acting under an act entitled “ An act to revive the powers of the commissioners for ascertaining andAct of May 11, 1820, ch. 85. deciding on claims to lands at Green Bay and Prairie du Chien,” passed May eleven, eighteen hundred and twenty, and that the President of the United States be authorized to issue a patent in pursuance of this act. Approved, March 3, 1843.
