Chap. CIV.— An Act for the relief of the heirs and representatives of John Campbell, late of the city of New York, deceased.March 2, 1833. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That the proper accounting officers of the treasury Claim for services, &c. as forage master, &c. to be settled. be, and they are hereby, authorized and required to audit and adjust, upon principles of equity and justice, the claims and accounts of the heirs and representatives of John Campbell, late of the city of New York, deceased, a Foragemaster and an Assistant Deputy Quartermaster-General in the service of the United States during the revolutionary war, for his services, expenditures, pay, and rations, while in service as aforesaid, as Foragemaster and Assistant Deputy Quartermaster-General; and that the amount due, when ascertained as aforesaid, be paid to the heirs and representatives of the said John Campbell, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
