Chap. CIII.— An Act for the relief of John M’Causland. March 3, 1819. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury cause to be Amount of a military fine to be returned to him.paid unto John M’Causland, or his legal representative, the sum of ninety-six dollars; being the amount of a militia fine improperly assessed on him in the year one thousand eight hundred and fourteen; and that the same be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, March 3, 1819.
