Chap. CIII.— An Act *for the relief of John J. Avery.* March 3, 1835. *Be it enacted, &c.*, Payment for injury to his property.That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to John J. Avery, out of any money not otherwise appropriated, two hundred dollars, for the use and occupation of his land, and the damage he sustained by the erection of military works thereon in eighteen hundred and fourteen, and for digging up and defacing it, and carrying the soil away. Approved, March 3, 1835.
