CI.— An Act *for the relief of Archibald McCallum.* July 27, 1842. *Be it enacted, &c*., That there be paid, out of any money in thePayment for properly destroyed. treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Archibald McCallum, of Rouse’s Point, New York, the sum of nine hundred and thirty dollars, in full for his claim for damages for the destruction of his house, wood shed, and carriage house, by fire, on the twenty-fifth February, eighteen hundred and thirty-nine, while in the occupation of the troops of the United States.
