Chap. CI.— An Act for the relief of Joshua Bennett. May 19, 1824. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the proper accounting officers of the treasury department be directed to pay to Joshua Bennett, of Kentucky,Payment to him for value of a horse lost, &c. the sum of sixty dollars, in full for the value of a horse lost by said Bennett on the north-western frontier, during the late war, and that the same be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, May 19, 1824.
