Chap. CCXXXV.— An Act *for the relief of Susan Gratiot, administratrix, and Charles II. Gratiot, administrator, of Henry Gratiot, deceased.*March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and hePayment for extra services, Ac., of Henry Gratiot hereby is, authorized to pay, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Susan Gratiot, administratrix, and Charles II. Gratiot, administrator, of Henry Gratiot, deceased, the sum of fourteen hundred and thirteen dollars and seventy cents, for extra services of the said Henry Gratiot while sub-agent of the Winnebago Indians, and for money paid by him to effect his redemption from Indian captivity.
