CCXXV.— An Act *for the relief of Joseph Salmonds.*July 7, 1838. *Be it enacted, &c*.,That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Joseph Salmonds, of Charlotte comityTo be pieced on pension roll. in the state of Virginia, on the roll of invalid pensioners, and that he’ be allowed a pension at the rate of six dollars per month, from the first day of January, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, to continue during his natural life.
