Chap. CCXXIX.— An Act for the relief of Aaron Fitzgerald.June 30, 1834. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, directed to place Aaron Fitzgerald on the pension list, at sixteen dollars To be placed on pension list. per month, to commence on the twelfth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-three, and to continue during life, in lieu of the pension to which he is now entitled. Approved, June 30, 1834.
