Chap. CCXX.— An Act *for the relief of Jacob Jackson.* August 26, 1842. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Jacob Jackson, of the state of New York,To be placed on pension roll upon the roll of invalid pensioners, as a pensioner at the rate of five dollars per month; the pension to commence on the thirtieth day of March, eighteen hundred and forty, and to continue during his natural life. Approved, August 26, 1842.
