Chap. CCXVIII.— An Act for the relief of James W. Zachary.July 13, 1832. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he hereby is, directed to release James W. Zachary, of the city of New Judgment released, and payment refunded. Orleans, from the effects of a judgment obtained against him at the suit of the United States, on the twelfth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and twenty-nine, in the district court of the United States for the eastern district of Louisiana; and refund to him, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars and sixty-three cents, being the amount of said judgment.
