Chap. CCXLIX.— An Act *giving Catharine Lehman the benefit of the act of the seventh July, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight.* August 29, 1842. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Catharine Lehman, widow of AnthonyTo be placed on pension roll. Lehman, late a revolutionary pensioner, of York county, Pennsylvania, on the pension roll, and that she be allowed such pension, under the actAct of July 7, 1838, ch. 189. of the seventh July, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, as her said husband would have been entitled to had he been living on the seventh June, eighteen hundred and thirty-two.
