Chap. CCXLIII.— An Act *for the relief of John S. Devlin.* July 1, 1836. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is Payment for services as clerk.hereby, authorized to pay to John S. Devlin, quartermaster sergeant of the United States marine corps, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred and ninety dollars, being in full for extra services rendered in the capacity of clerk.
