CCXLI.— An Act *granting a pension to Phebe Champe, of Franklin county, Ohio.*July 7, 1838. *Be it enacted, &c*.,That the Secretary of War he, and he hereby is, directedTo be placed on pension list. to place the name of Phebe Champe, widow of Sergeant John Champe, deceased, on the list of revolutionary pensioners, and pay her, during her natural life, one hundred and twenty dollars annually; the same to commence and take effect at and from the fourth day of March, anno Domini eighteen hundred and thirty-one.
