Chap. CCXIX.— An Act *for the relief of James H. Brailford.*July 7, 1838. *Be it enacted, &c*.,That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby,To be placed on pension roll. authorized and directed to place the name of James H. Bradford, of the state of Massachusetts, on the roll of invalid pensioners; who shall be entitled to receive a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month, from the first day of January, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, and to continue during his natural life. Approved, July 7, 1838.
