CCXIV.— An Act *for the relief of Mary Hand.* August 26, 1842. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War is hereby directedTo be placed on pension roll. to place the name of Mary Rand, widow of Walter Rand of North Carolina, on the revolutionary pension roll, and pay her a pension, at the rate of eighty dollars per annum, for five years; to commence on the fourth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-six.
