CCXII.— An Act *for the relief of Sibel Barnes.*March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Sibel Barnes, of Ohio, widow of Thol masA pension granted to her. Barnes, late of Middletown, Connecticut, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, a pension, at the rate of eighty dollars per annum, during her natural life, to commence on the fourth day of March, eighteen hundred and thirty-one. Approved, March 3, 1839.
