CCXII.— An Act *for the relief of Josiah Curtis.* June 28, 1836. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That the Secretary of War be directed to pay unto To be placed on pension roll.Josiah Curtis, of Clermont county, Ohio, a sum at the rate of eight dollars per month, from the first day of January, in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty-six, during his natural life, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
