CCXI.— An Act *to increase the revolutionary invalid pension of John Looney.* August 26, 1842. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to increase the revolutionary invalid pension of John LooneyPension to be increased. from thirty-four dollars and twelve cents per annum, to eight dollars per month, commencing on the first day of January, eighteen hundred and thirty-seven, and to continue during life, deducting therefrom the amount of the payments made to him as an invalid pensioner, at the rate of thirty-four dollars and twelve cents per annum, from the first day of January, eighteen hundred and thirty-seven, the time of the commencement of the increase of his pension.
