Chap. CCXCIII.— An Act for the relief of Henry Waller.July 14, 1832. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That the Third Auditor of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to ascertain the value of the Value of buildings to be ascertained and paid. buildings of Henry Waller, which were destroyed by fire by the enemy during the late war, on the eastern shore of Maryland; and that the amount thereof, when so ascertained, be paid to the said petitioner out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
