Chap. CCXCII.— An Act for the relief of Augustine Taney.July 14, 1832. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That the Third Auditor of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to ascertain the value of the Value of buildings to be ascertained and paid. buildings, the property of the wife of Augustine Taney before her intermarriage, which were destroyed by fire by the enemy during the late war, on Soller’s Point, near the city of Baltimore; and that the amount thereof, when so ascertained, be paid to the said Augustine Taney, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, July 14, 1832.
