CCX.— An Act *granting a pension to Frederick Perrigo.* August 26, 1842. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War is hereby directed to place the name of Frederick Perrigo, of the state of New York, uponTo be placed on pension list. the list of invalid pensioners of the United States; and that said Perrigo be entitled to receive a pension of eight dollars per month, to commence on the first day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty-two, and to continue during his natural life.
