CCVII.— An Act *for the relief of the legal representatives of Doctor William Johonnot, deceased.*July 7, 1838. *Be it enacted, &c*.,That the proper accounting officers of the treasuryAllowed five years’ full pay of a hospital surgeon. be, and they are hereby directed and required to allow the legal representatives of Doctor William Johonnot the five years’ full pay of a hospital surgeon, being the commutation of half pay for life of said Johonnot, as assistant apothecary of the hospital department of the revolutionary army; and that the same be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
