Chap. CCVI.— An Act for the relief of Thomas Minor.June 30, 1834. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That there be paid, out of any money in the treasury Five years’ pay as a captain allowed. not otherwise appropriated, to Thomas Minor, five years’ full pay for the services of the said Minor as a captain in the war of the revolution. Approved, June 30, 1834.
