Chap. CCLXXXI.— An Act *for the relief of the legal representatives of David Caldwell, deceased.* July 2, 1836. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That the proper accounting officers of the treasury Account to be settled, &c.be, and they are hereby, authorized and required to settle the account of the legal representatives of David Caldwell, deceased, late clerk of the circuit court of the United States for the eastern district of Pennsylvania, for fees and allowances certified by the said court to be due to the said Caldwell, for official services to the United States, and to pay or cause to be paid to them, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of four thousand four hundred and ninety-six dollars thirty-eight cents, with interest thereon, after the rate of six per centum per annum, from the twenty-fifth day of November, eighteen hundred and thirty, till paid.
