Chap. CCLXX.— An Act for the relief of Samuel May.July 14, 1832. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That the sum of three thousand one hundred and fifty dollars, be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, Payment for property destroyed by the enemy. to Samuel May, in full satisfaction for the destruction of two warehouses, the property of said May, by the British army, at Buffalo, in the state of New York, on the thirtieth day of December, eighteen hundred and thirteen, and, at the time of their destruction, in the military occupation of the United States. Approved, July 14, 1832.
