Chap. CCLXVIII.— An Act for the relief of the owners of the schooner Admiral.June 30, 1834. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That the collector of the district of Providence be, and he hereby is, authorized to pay to Remington Arnold, junior, Allowance to a fishing schooner lost at sea. and Arnold Smith, owners of the schooner Admiral, of Pawtuxet, of the burden of fifty-six tons, and to the persons composing the crew of the same, during the fishing season of the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty-one, such allowance, to be distributed according to law, as they would have been entitled to receive if the fishing agreement had been made in the terms required by law: *Provided,* That the other Proviso. requirements of the acts granting allowances to vessels concerned in the fisheries shall have been complied with.
