Chap. CCLXII.— An Act for the relief of Lieutenant Robert Willmott.June 30, 1834. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to pay to Robert Willmott, a lieutenant Five years’ full pay of a lieutenant allowed to him. in the army of the United States in the revolutionary war, on the continental establishment, five years’ full pay, that being the commutation of the half pay for life promised by the resolves of Congress; to be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, June 30, 1834.
