Chap. CCLVII.— An Act for the relief of Heman Allen.July 14, 1832. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause to be paid to Heman Allen, Payment to him of fees as marshal. late Marshal of Vermont, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred and ninety-five dollars and fifty cents, being the amount of commission as poundage fees, on certain executions in favor of the United States, served by him while Marshal aforesaid, which fees were charged in his account, and disallowed by the accounting officers of the treasury department. Approved, July 14, 1832.
