Chap. CCLVI.— An Act for the relief of Don Carlos Dehault Delassus.July 14, 1832. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That there shall be paid to Don Carlos Dehault Delassus, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, Payment to him for moneys taken at the capture of Baton Rouge. the sum of one thousand three hundred and thirty-three dollars, being for moneys taken from him at the capture of Baton Rouge, in Louisiana, on the twenty-third day of September, eighteen hundred and ten. Approved, July 14, 1832.
