Chap. CCLIV.— An Act *for the relief of Thomas B. Parsons.* August 29, 1842. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the pension of six dollars per month, heretoforePension to be increased. granted to Thomas B. Parsons, as a seaman in the naval service, be, and the same is hereby, increased, from and after the thirtieth day of May last, to nine dollars per month, the said Thomas B. Parsons having been a coxswain and not merely a seaman in the said service; Arrears for the difference to be paid.and the Commissioner of Pensions is hereby authorized to pay to the said Thomas B.
Parsons the arrears of pension which are due to him for the difference in the said rate of nine dollars per month, for the period between the thirtieth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-five, and the thirtieth day of May last.
