CCLIV.— An Act *for the relief of Henry Chatter.*July 7, 1838. *Be it enacted, &c*.,That the Secretary of War be required to place the name of Henry Challer, of New York, on the roll of invalid pensioners,Pension to be increased. and pay him at the rate of eight dollars per month; to commence from and after the first day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty-eight, in addition to the pension now received by the said Challer.
