Chap. CCLIV.— An Act for the relief of Silvia Posner.July 14, 1832. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That the third auditor of the treasury department be, and he is hereby authorized and directed, to adjust and settle the Claim for property destroyed to be settled. claim of Silvia Posner, for the value of a house, called Richmond Bath, and the adjoining out buildings, and allow her the value thereof; which buildings were burnt while occupied by the American troops during the late war; and the sum so found to be due, shall be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
