Chap. CCLIII.— An Act for the relief of David Kilbourn.July 14, 1832. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one thousand dollars be paid to David Payment for services in the late war. Kilbourn, of Oswego county, in the state of New York, for services performed by him during the late war between the United States and Great Britain. Approved, July 14, 1832.
