Chap. CCLII.— An Act *for the relief of the legal representatives of Sawney York, deceased.*July 7, 1838. *Be it enacted, &c*.,That the Secretary of War pay to the legal Amount due S. York at the time of his death to be paid to them.representatives of Sawney York, late a pensioner of the United States now deceased, the sum of one hundred and eighty-four dollars being the amount due the said York at the time of his death, at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, July 7, 1838.
