Chap. CCLI.— An Act *for the relief of the heirs of William B. Bunting.*July 7, 1838. *Be it enacted, &c*.,That the proper accounting officers of the treasury, outAllowed seven years’ half pay of a lieutenant. of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, pay the full amount of seven years’ half pay of a lieutenant of infantry in the army of the revolution, to such person or persons as may be entitled to the same under the resolution of Congress of the twenty-fourth of August, one thousand seven hundred and eighty, on account of the services of William B. Bunting, late a lieutenant in the army of the revolution, and who died while in the service. Approved, July 7, 1838.
