CCL.— An Act *for the relief of the legal representatives of Daniel Williams, deceased.*July 7, 1838. *Be it enacted, &c*.,That the proper accounting officers of the treasury be,Allowed five years’ full pay of a captain. and they are hereby, required to adjust and settle the accounts of Captain Daniel Williams, late of the North Carolina line on continental establishment, and allow his legal representatives five years’ full pay as a captain of infantry, being the commutation of half pay for life promised by the resolutions of Congress, and that the same be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, July 7, 1838.
