Chap. CCI.— An Act for the relief of William Price. May 29, 1830. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the proper accounting officers of the treasuryFive years’ pay as lieutenant allowed.Act of March 2, 1833, ch. 142. be, and they are hereby, required to settle the account of William Price, and to allow him five years’ full pay as a Lieutenant incite revolutionary war, which five years’ full pay is the commutation of his half pay for life; to be paid out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, May 29, 1830.
