Chap. CCI.— An Act for the relief of John Holliday. May 26, 1824. *Be it enacted, &c., * Payment to him for wagon and team. That there be paid to John Holliday, or his legal representative, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three hundred and fifty-five dollars, the value of a wagon and team, captured by the hostile Indians, while in the service of the United States, during the late war. Approved, May 26, 1824.
