CCCXXXV.— An Act *for the relief of Joseph Hertick.* July 2, 1836. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he Payment for a boat impressed.hereby is directed to pay to Joseph Hertick, of the state of Missouri, the sum of one hundred and forty dollars, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated; the same being the value of a boat, belonging to said Hertick, that was pressed into the service of the United States, and lost in the year eighteen hundred and twelve.
