Chap. CCCXXII.— An Act *for the relief of James F. Sothoron.* July 2, 1836. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That the Third Auditor of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to ascertain the amount of lossValue of properly destroyed to be ascertained and paid. sustained by James F. Sothoron, on account of the damage to, and the destruction of the buildings upon his farms in St. Mary’s county, in the state of Maryland, by the enemy, during the late war, in consequence of the military occupation of the said buildings by troops in the service of the United States; and that the amount thereof when so ascertained, be paid to the said James F.
