CCCXII.— An Act *for the relief of Don Carlos Dehault Delassus.* July 2, 1836. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That there be paid to Don Carlos Dehault Delassus, Interest on a certain sum to be allowed to him.Act of July 14, 1832, ch. 256.out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, interest at the rate of six per centum per annum on the sum of one thousand three hundred and thirty-three dollars, that being the amount allowed him under the act of the fourteenth of July, eighteen hundred and thirty-two. for his relief, on account of moneys taken from him at the capture of Baton Rouge, in Louisiana, on the twenty-third day of September, TWENTY-FOURTH CONGRESS.
