CCCVIII.— An Act *for the relief of John Cummins.* July 2, 1836. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to repay to John Cummins, his heirs or legal representatives,Payment for land to be refunded. out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred dollars ami twenty cents, the same being the amount paid by him on the seventeenth February, eighteen hundred and thirty-one, for the entry of the west half of the south-west quarter of section twenty-one, township nine, of range ten, in the district of lands subject to sale at Zanesville, in Ohio, which entry was adjudged void, and the same half quarter granted to one William C.
